Grief Counselling Duncan BC

Kathryn is located in Duncan, BC and offers phone and video sessions. She offers limited in-person sessions, which can be arranged in consult with Kathryn. She works with individuals (18+).

Kathryn has held a variety of positions in the health care field and has years of experience providing counselling services to individuals struggling with issues around mental health and substance use.

She supports clients to explore and process the grief and loss that can follow these major life changes. Kathryn also works with clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Kathryn practices from a strengths based perspective and draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy techniques. Kathryn sees the therapeutic process as a collaborative effort between client and therapist.

She has a Master of Social Work degree from Dalhousie University, is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the BC College of Social Workers (BCCSW) and holds the Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
